1. Application & Admission Fees

• Application and admission fees are non-refundable, under normal circumstances.
• Refunds will only be considered if a technical error (such as double payment) occurs during the online transaction.
• In such cases, a written request must be submitted with proof of payment and relevant bank details.

2. School Fees

• Once paid, School fees are generally non-refundable.
• In exceptional cases (such as withdrawal of admission before the academic session starts), partial refunds may be considered at the discretion of the school management.
• No refunds will be processed after the commencement of classes.

3. Books, Uniforms, or Merchandise

• If the school sells physical items (books, uniforms, etc.) online, returns may be allowed under these conditions:
  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer, unless the item was defective or incorrect.

4. Duplicate Transactions

• If a payment is debited more than once for the same service, please notify us immediately.
• After verification, the extra amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 working days.

5. Processing Refunds

• Approved refunds will be processed via the original method of payment.
• Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
